You will enter into an agreement with SEBOVS in English and, in order to make a purchase, You must accept the Terms. By ticking the box of Terms and Conditions in the checkout on our Website, you accept the Terms and You undertake to comply with them.

Orders
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Vagabond strives to send the order confirmation to You as soon as possible after receiving an order. We recommend You save the order confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer care in case such contact is needed.

Prices and fees
All prices are presented in CAD without local sales tax. The prices do not include any payment fees, shipping- or handling fees which are presented separately in the checkout and in the order confirmation.

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price of the product that was indicated on the Website when You placed Your order is the price that shall apply and will be set out in your order confirmation email, unless otherwise expressly agreed to or if the circumstances clearly dictate otherwise. 

Payment
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You can pay for Your purchase by the method of payment as listed on the Website. You represent and warrant that the payment information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, you are duly authorized to use such payment for the purchase, charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.

Delivery
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, prices do not include shipping and delivery costs. Shipping and delivery costs are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping and delivery of your order. The shipping and delivery cost are always stated on the Website and in the order confirmation. 

SEBOVS always aims to deliver Your order within the estimated number of working days for delivery set forth on the Website and in Your order confirmation. Your order will be processed and shipped during 1-2 days.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. No signature required. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

It was February 24th, 2022, when everything changed—a day that split life into "before" and "after." At 5:30 in the morning, I found myself standing there, packing my entire life into one car. A few essentials—warm clothes, food for the road—and one pair of shoes. The pair I trusted and loved most.

These weren’t just shoes—they were my companions. At that point, I had already owned them for four years. They had carried me through freezing winters, rainy springs, and everything in between. They were the ones I reached for without hesitation, whether dressing up in a casual dress or keeping it simple with jeans. They had this remarkable way of complementing every look, every mood, and every moment.

For months, I wandered the streets of Europe, lost in thought and worrying about what the future held. Through all the uncertainty and the darkest of feelings, those shoes remained my constant companion. They walked with me through it all. I didn’t know if I would ever return home. I didn’t even know where I was headed next.

Months later, I made the decision to move to Canada and start my life from scratch. It was the middle of summer. The weather was hot and dry—no need for boots. But these shoes still came with me, tucked into my luggage like a small piece of home I couldn’t leave behind. And even now, I wear them everywhere—whether heading to work or catching up with friends. My sister often steals them for her techno nights out, and every time I see them on her, I can’t help but smile (and grumble a little, of course!).

These shoes have become more than just footwear. They’re a symbol of loyalty, resilience, and the kind of quality you can count on. Looking back on my journey, I realized this was exactly what I wanted to share with others. SEBOVS isn’t about having a hundred pairs in your closet—it’s about finding that one pair you’ll love for years. The pair you can wear every day. The pair that makes you feel confident and ready for whatever comes next.
